Wrap-Around Case Packer and Tray Packer WR200

Wrap-around case packer and tray packer Mod. WR200 for packaging products in cases and trays. The system incorporates a cardboard blank magazine, a vacuum pick-up arm, a product loading station with a 2-axis robotic pusher and flap-closing stations with glue application. Intermittent indexing and chain conveyor adjustments enable rapid format changeover.

Main features:

• Belt-fed cardboard blank magazine operated by a pneumatic cylinder, with a microswitch to monitor blank pressure.
• Servo-driven pick-up arm with a gripper head equipped with a vacuum generator, a photocell to check blank pick-up and a vacuum switch.
• Product loading station with a 2-axis robotic pusher.
• Intermittently indexing product chain conveyor with an electromagnetic clutch, allowing pitch adjustment from 220 to 500 mm.
• Manual chain conveyor width adjustment from 220 to 400 mm.
• Rapid format changeover.
• Rear flap-closing station with hot-melt glue application.
• Front flap-closing station with pneumatic glue application system.
• Machine outfeed conveyor belts.
• Remote monitoring device for machine control and diagnostics.
