The automatic vertical bread slicer Mod. TGL-H250 is designed to cut bread in half, preparing it for subsequent filling. The twin self-centring vertical conveyor belts guide the product through the band blade cutting system at an adjustable speed.
After cutting, a curved wedge divider opens the bread and guides it onto the outfeed conveyor.

Low-friction PE 1000 infeed table, measuring 250 × 800 mm.
Twin vertical conveyor belts with self-centring adjustment, 150 mm high, with inverter-controlled drive.
Band blade cutting system with adjustable blade speed.
POM-C dividing system with a curved wedge profile, designed to open the bread and guide it onto the outfeed conveyor surface.
Manual adjustment of the dividing system via a handwheel.
Outfeed conveyor, 400 mm wide and 800 mm long.
