Special-purpose machine Mod. VL for the selective application of coating to the underside of boards by dipping. It incorporates a vertical feed system with adjustable belts, a movable dipping tank and a pass-through drying unit. The outfeed roller conveyors allow processed boards to accumulate, with a photocell monitoring the accumulation area.
Main features:
Vertical feed system with adjustable belts, for products up to 3 metres high.
Inverter-controlled geared motor drive.
PLC control, complete with interlocks and perimeter guards.
Movable tank for dip coating the underside of the board, with a maximum immersion depth of 50–60 mm.
Tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with a reservoir for automatic coating replenishment.
Pass-through drying unit with selectable heating or cooling, depending on the coating used, for rapid drying.
Non-powered outfeed roller conveyors, arranged in a semi-vertical position, for final board accumulation.
Photocell to monitor the accumulation area and stop the machine when the area is full.
Remote assistance and data transfer package.
